3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

• Payment must be made in full before delivery via accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.

• Taxes or fees, if applicable, will be added at checkout.

4. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery is scheduled upon order confirmation.

• Orders may be collected from our factory or delivered within Jeddah city limits.

• Shipping and installation charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of order.

5. Warranty

• All machines come with a 24-month warranty from the date of installation.

• Year 1: covers spare parts and maintenance.

• Year 2: maintenance service only.

• Warranty excludes misuse, unauthorized repair, or accidental damage.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects within a specified period.

• Machines must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the fault is ours.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

Media House is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use or website access. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Jeddah.
